This Refund Policy describes when you may receive a refund or replacement for VitalRise products purchased through our official channels, how to start a request, typical processing times, and situations where returns may be limited. Read it together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Keep your order confirmation and tracking details. We use them to locate transactions and confirm eligibility before authorizing refunds or exchanges.
Some promotional bundles or clearance items may be marked final sale at checkout. Personalized shipments may also be excluded where regulations or hygiene rules apply.
Unopened products in original packaging may be returned within thirty days of delivery for a refund of the product price, excluding original outbound shipping unless the return is due to our error or a defective unit. Opened products may qualify for partial credit or replacement when there is a documented quality issue or shipping damage reported within seven days of delivery.
We may ask for photographs of the outer shipper, the product seal, and the lot information printed on the label to process your request efficiently.
Email talk@quibraxnshdlixie.world with your order reference, a concise description of the issue, and images if the shipment arrived damaged. Wait for return instructions before mailing items back. Unauthorized returns may be refused or delayed.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within ten business days after we receive and inspect returned goods or after we approve a refund without return. Banks may take additional days to post funds to your account.
Unless a return is required because of our mistake or a defective product, outbound shipping fees from your original order are generally non-refundable. If we provide a prepaid label, use it within the timeframe stated in our email.
